What the Pho!

I was in NYC over the Memorial Day weekend, and while flying back from the Kennedy airport, I noticed a Mexican joint called "Mex and the City".

I love creatively named restaurants, my favorite being What the Pho in Bellevue, WA. It was a favorite lunch place when I was doing part of my business school internship in that area.

Tourist jokes

Feeling like cheesy jokes today, and remembering my trips to China and Japan around this time last year:

Q. What's different about Japan as a tourist destination?

A. There are no Japanese tourists around!

Q. Why did the Great Wall act as such a barrier to invading Mongol armies?

A. The $6 admission adds up to quite a bit if you have a massive army! And besides, soldiers dressed in "I climbed the Great Wall" tshirts don't look very menacing.
