that reminds of this restaurant in varanasi i'd been to called 'annapoorna'..thier menu on thier 'thali' list in addition to all the food they had, depending on the range of thali u ordered had 'paper napkins, toothpicks, spoons, forks" to go with it! lol have a pic of that somewehre should dig it up n send it across
